RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN:

• Return is possible within 3 days after delivery. After the given time frame return will not be possible in any case.
• Return is allowed only if product is damaged/defected/wrong size delivered.
• Return for colour is not possible because actual colour may vary from the product image due to camera n lighting.
• Record a precise video while unboxing the parcel/package from all angles and fully displaying the product to highlight any defects. In case the defect or damage is not clearly visible in the video, the return request may be rejected.

EXCHANGE:

• Exchange completely depends on the availability of product because we keep exclusive and trending items and don"t stock too much.
• You have to raise exchange request within 3 days after delivery.
• Exchange is applicable only once for one order.
• Exchange is applicable only for size not for colour or design.
• Delivery charge (depend on your location) will be included in order for exchange.
